Support Team

I am a diversity and inclusion specialist, running a boutique micro-agency of disability support workers in central and northern Adelaide.

We are a small family business with a highly diverse team and offer supports for adults who face extra challenges setting up their support teams. We are experienced working with folks who are neurodivergent, queer, have mental health problems, trauma histories, and complicated situations such as homelessness. We are very flexible about how supports are provided, work to build safety and rapport, and don’t lock anyone into contracts they can’t exit.

We will work with your support coordinator, nominee, family, or whoever else you want on your team. We can also help you link in with other resources and services if you need.

We are not registered at present, which means we can work with people who are self or plan managed, we cannot work with folks who are agency/NDIS managed. For folks who don’t have NDIS but need a hand with something, we’re happy to help.

Examples of our work

Spent many months building trust with a person who struggles with severe paranoia and couldn’t let anyone into their home. Our team now cooks, cleans, manages medications and helps them link into services and opportunities.

Providing daily text based mental health checks ins for a person with vulnerable mental health who finds visits and phone calls stressful during tough times.

Helped someone with floor to ceiling hoarding regain use of their home and set up a regular process of sorting and decluttering with their staff to help manage the issue.
